The teachers are so delighted to see Carlo, Liel, Jude and Niko settling in so well. They all showed good awareness of class routine and were engaged in exploring practical life activities. They were also able to follow the work cycle of the snack activity which was remarkable. It’s great to see how the children are gradually learning the class routine as well as the class rules!
This week the children made kale crisps with Ms Hiroe. They had a wonderful time breaking the kale leaves into small pieces, adding oil onto the leaves and spreading them in the tray. Also, this week, the children made beautiful cards for Mother’s Day and expressed their love for their Mummy’s when they presented their artwork.
Another special activity this week was a visit from the police officers!
The children were allowed to try on the police hats and were all given police stickers and colouring worksheets as a present from the police officers. We are very grateful to the officers for taking time out of their busy schedule to discuss their role with us which was very informative and useful.
We look forward to seeing you next week.
